It's a little late but here's my turkey I smoked for thanksgiving.  Brined it for 18 hours and smoked it 7.5 hours.  Turned out great!

Looks like a great success!  Would love to see some pix of the cuts and the smoke ring!  Congrats!
 
Thanks guys.  Unfortunately I didn't get any pics.  After I smoked it I had to run in it over to the in-laws house and things just got busy over there.  Brining and smoking turkey is the only way to do it in my mind.
