Just wanted to give a big thanks to @bmudd14474 and @TulsaJeff for the Thermopop2 temp pen. That was a fun weekend competition with so many great dishes. Also just want to say how fun and incredible this site is. My knowledge of smoking has greatly improved from being a member here!! Hope everyone is having a Great day!
