Okay...well I did some pulled pork for my wifes Grad party last weekend, Stayed up all night friday night...and stayed up all day saturday for the party. To say the least I was a walking zombie!

Everything went GREAT!

Im greatful to have family members who love to help out........ and my father-in-law thought he was really going to help out....after the party was over...I crashed for a few hours...when I woke up...I went out to load up the smoker...and get my stuff all together to go home. I relized that the smoker seemed lighter than normal...I opened it up to find my grates GONE! Right about that time...he came around the corner and said " they should be about done" I said..." what should be done"...well I washed up your grill grates...they had all that smokey food smell on them...so I soaked them in the sink...then I ran them through the dishwasher........

The thought was there. Makes me think about putting a pad lock on the smoker. Anyone who counts how many drinks I have had is not welcome. I believe they would get their @$$ kicked around my place for that. Have to make allowances for family I guess.
