Been reading alot! Smoked pork ribs turned out ok (a little too done) the a london broil (again a little too done) but I am getting there! Thanks for all the tips!

Sorry for the delay getting back, been out of the loop a few days! The temp is the prob on the ribs I was too hot about 285 four 4 hours, still trying to figure this smoker out. The rub I used on them was a little garlic, brown sugar, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper. The London broil I used Montreal Steak seasoning and smoked it between 225 and 250 for just under 4 hours hours. Not there yet but getting better every time!
 
that's what it's all about... learning you smoker... and then eating your mistakes (which are still better than most restaurants)
