I just want to thank Jeff for the E course and other members for their suggestions on the How to do Potatoes/veggies.
I just made my First smoked Pork Butt and I added some Veggies by putting 1/4 potatoes and onions and carrots coated with EVOO and some seasoning and smoked those bad boys for 2.5 hous along with my spice rubbed Pork butt that I smoked for 1 1/2 hours per pound according to everything I learned in the E course.I pulled the pork, mixed it with the dripping minus the fat and added some BBQ sauce to the AuJous. and poured it over the Pulled pork...
It turned out AWESOME and thats coming from my family. Who now want to know what else am I going to make. The suggestions came flying from them. It looks like rib's and chicken will be my next masterpeice,
