Hello bbq world. I'm Phil in central IL new to the forum. My background is old school, born and raised in FL, I spent every summer with my grandfather in central GA learning to cook whole hog by shoveling coals on a masonry pit. I've got a tank smoker trailer that I rescued from a rusty death in a neighbors field. I'm working to bring it back to life with a few mods now and I'm sure I'll have some questions along the way.
