Texas Newbie

Hello all!

Newbie smoker from Frisco, TX. Starting my 1st smoke after seasoning my Cajun Injector electric smoker and running a successful test smoke of precooked sausage last weekend. I've read quite a bit on the forums here and feel like I'm ready for the first of many smokes. Look forward to posting my results!
