I forgot to take a picture of the final sausages! I will have to do that tonight when I go to vac-pac them. The flavor is awesome. Only thing that I might do different is to add another pepper or two. Nothing a squirt of Sriracha can't cure!

Wow! These things are tasty! The flavors have really melded together today. I could see this grilled then slapped on a Bahn roll with some Sriracha mayo, pickled carrot and daikon!
