Their packs of "beef for stew" are actually almost as good and a lot less expensive. We actually go through more of those than the tenderloin tips. The stew beef is perfect if you have an hour or so to cook them. they are pretty darned tender right out of the package but a little cook time and they are just as tender as the tenderloin.

That with just regular stew meat use to be gma's specialty. Could eat that 5 days a week. Locks delicious. . .
