TAMU barbecue camps

Curious if anyone has gone, and what feedback you may have. Contemplating doing it, but the dadgum things sell out as quickly as they're announced. Appreciate any comments.

If you have the time and money any Class would be fun and informational. But between sites like SMF and the Thousands of Comp Guys putting out Youtube Videos...You only have to leave the house to fire Your smoker and use the $$$ to buy Meat...JJ
