made Tacos on Tuesday. mashed avocado on the tortilla, covered that in cheese and broiled the cheese till brown and bubbly. Filling was sautéed onion and jalapeno with chopped smoked brisket and a Mexican taco rub. All sautéed in home made tallow - of course.
