this is Hardly worthy of its own thread zippy did all the leg work but here goes.Used 4# of previously ground shoulder added 4 packages of old El Paso original and spicy used 8 g of jalapeño, and 8g of minced onion my clan doesn’t like onion or jalapeño and 1c of water.

No blow by a little leakage at the horn but definitely not as bad.
