Used 4# of previously ground shoulder added 4 packages of old El Paso original and spicy used 8 g of jalapeño, and 8g of minced onion my clan doesn’t like onion or jalapeño and 1c of water.

No blow by a little leakage at the horn but definitely not as bad.

Did you grill or smoke any yet? I want to know what you think of the flavor....

I made Brats this weekend from a Nepas modified recipe... I will smoke 3 high heat and cook 4 on the webber...

Verdicts is in the wife loves the new sausage served with a spoon of salsa on a bun. It had the perfect amount of heat for us the granddaughter not so much I may have to make a batch with just original seasoning. Wife said make these anytime.
