First I cold smoked some cool ranch Doritos and some jalapeños. If you ever smoke Doritos I would recommend putting them in a ziplock for a few days to mellow. I did that to some I had leftover and they were great at about day four.
Went to the store and grabbed a chuckie and some ground beef.

Put a layer of the Doritos an the plate, topped it with some salad, piled on the delicious chuckie chili, topped it with some shredded smoked pepper jack and sliced cold smoked jalapeños. Thanks for looking and for the votes.
