New to the forum. Have a large WSM and have done pork shoulders, chickens, smaller turkeys and ribs (one attempt at a brisket with sub parts results), other than that everything came out great. Been smoking for a couple years. Did turkeys on it for the past few years but never one this large. Lots of questions in that regard but not sure if "roll call" is the place for them. So maybe I'll start a thread with some questions. Been using this site for a couple years, figure I may as well pull the trigger and join. Great resource and knowledge pool here to tap into.
