Sounds great, i will be trying it this weekend. 2 questions though, does all the water get saved for the cornstarch? And why two temps of water?

Looks really good. I want to do these on the Weber this weekend if i can find the time.

They look amazing!

I love smoked wings but my wife won't eat them unless the skin is very crispy. I got tired of frying them after the smoke so I gave up but I sure do miss them.

Okwa Tan Zin Wa! I got a Vortex and use my kettle grill for all my wings now! Smoked wing flavor and crispy skin!

I used the 125 ml of water to make the sauce. The 10 ml of cold water is mixed with the cornstarch for thickening.

Thank you for the reply Disco. They are going in shortly. Can't wait for the results.
