Nothing wrong with Wings!
I just don't like their Meat to Bone ratio.
My Favorite is Thighs, then Drums, then Wings.
Breast White Meat only for Sammies.
However your Sauce would work great on all.

I should have known a famous carnivore like Bearcaver would want a higher meat ratio!

Thanks for the recipe. First time I’ve done wings. Did 2 dozen on my mini-WSM. This is what’s left... for now. Made the wife happy too. Turned out amazing! No need to fry these!
