Nepas, I have been reading many of your posts and I love your TSM smoker. When my Masterbuilt craps out that's the one I am going to get. I have a quick question, why do you put the finished snack sticks in a paper bag? Do the go in the paper bag and then in the fridge or are they in the bag on the counter. Thanks.

I want to make some Sweet Sriracha sticks this weekend to test out.

what types of sweetener would you recommend? I have some agave nectar just wasting away in the pantry, would that work?
