    Yup i'm liking this.

    This is my last chub of a few lbs made while back of sweet lebanon bologna.



    Ready for the dehydrator. Time in 1515

    I didn't realize dehydrating would put such a nice color on them.

    That's right, the peeps guy...[​IMG]    Tell us about the texture, how you munch on them and did you use your smoker or just the dehydrator?
