It all looks great John. I'd sure eat that.
Miss Linda makes stuffed pork chops very similar to yours but she adds raisins to the mix.
We're always ready to try something new in the taste department, so we'll be trying the cauliflower. I know Miss Linda will love it. Me---not sure.

Thanks Gary.
I wanted to add raisins but my wife shot me down, she doesn't care for them.
Hope y'all like the cauliflower, the Tahini Cilantro sauce makes it.
You'll probably have to make the Tahini yourself, so be sure to buy a bag of sesame seeds.
If you like hummus, make a little extra, flavor it and break open a bag of pita chips, yum.
Smoked-n-Smashed Taters
2-4lbs of New Potatoes
4-6C Chicken stock
Water
Oil/butter
Seasonings
In a large stock pot place potatoes, add chicken stock and a palmful of salt
(1 standard box of broth/stock equals 4C if not enough add water)
Boil for 20 minutes, drain and cool
Place potatoes on greased surface and lightly mash them flat
But not too flat or they'll fall apart, about half their original height or a bit more
Brush with oil, I prefer olive oil, butter or bacon grease
Season with whatever you like
Smoke at 250°-275° for 45min to 1 hour
Use very light smoke, they take on a lot of smoke flavor
