Ever come across one of those sweet deals, where you happened to be in the right place at the right time? I think that there must have been plenty of us who have. aka - Blind Hog acorn story. Thought this thread might be a good place to share/brag about it. A friend told me of this ex restaurant building that was being renovated and he was in charge of liquidating the old junky equipment down in the 100 year old basement. (dust included). I came across three cambro food carriers 16' x 23' or so and a couple feet tall. Good latches and seals too. He called the owner who wanted $25 each! So I cunningly offered $50 to take all three off his hands, and he said move 'em out, so I scored!!!! Sadly sold two for $100 each and kept the 3rd. It will hold a brisket for 8 hrs. easy!!
