So, Wife went out with GF and I made the best of it. SV a ribeye at 133 for 3+ hours - seared in a pan of butter and EVOO for 30 secs a side, mushrooms, fresh SD bread...yummmm No need to go out to eat when this can be right here.

Perfection! No further comment needed. Ok, the Broccoli is screaming for a Cheese Sauce, but Really that's all I have to say...JJ😁

It's been so long since I had a steak hardly recognized what's on your pictures. I'll just pretend that's my ribeye and I'm eating it, my eyes closed, yummmm.

That looks excellent. Perfectly cooked and great combination. My mouth is watering. Great work.

Looks super! I agree, we rarely eat out as we make better food at home. Our 27th anniversay is next so will go out but, we both want something ethnic and different, maybe Indian or Middle eastern? Certainly not wasting $150+++ at a steak house, last time I was at one the asparages came out to $1.75 per spear!

That all looks Awesome, Sandy!!
I won't personally SV something that's already Tender, but your Ribeye & Shrooms look Mighty Tasty!!
Like.
