Super Chickens?

These must have been some big ass corn fed chickens. 10 pound sack yielded 9 breasts. They are in a full size aluminum pan.

I was gonna make Nashville hot chicken sandwiches but my damn house alarm messed its nest. Now dealing with that. Got big Jake fired up now for an hour. Probably just grill the Breast and japs. I was looking forward to the pickle brined breast and deep fried breading. Yum

Been adding wood to keep fire hot for a couple hrs it seems. Anyway. Just got time to add the chicken and the japs. Not the original plan but big or small Big Jake will do it all. A lot of space left I forgot I had put the top rack back in and it was already pretty hot when I noticed Oh well

Well Got the peppers pulled and and 7 breasts. 2 still have about 10 min to go. Peppers smell delish. Taste is good but not much heat on the 3 I ate so far. Oh well. That’s 5 pounds of good eating. Looks like chicken salad for supper.
