Activated Charcoal can also be bought at just about any store that sells tropical fish. We use Activated Charcoal/Carbon in the filter systems. A (very)quick search made it look like the same stuff.

I use it in my pond filters and all my canister filters on the tanks, but I bought the food grade powdered form for the rubs.

Well I got home today to find a package on the deck, It is my prize from the Throwdown for "Gravy"

It is the ThermoWorks Thermapen ONE and the ThermoWorks Signals. Very happy with this.

i can't wait to try these and compare with the other 4 probe from an other brand I have ( no need to say name as this is a thank you for ThermoWorks )

I actually like that! Tamales with left over pulled pork, etc. The possibilities are near endless.
