Good evening folks, It was a beautiful 72F day in Montreal today, finally summer is coming. Perfect day for a few (Lots) cold beverages and a smoke.

There were a few post with meatloafs that looked delicious this week, so I gave it a try.

Couldn't find a decent size shoulder for pulled pork, so I ended up with a tiny piece of meet (3.5 pound). It was labelled as Pork Chuck. I was't too sure what I was getting ,but figure it had plenty of fat and bone, so it should pull & it did quite nicely.

With a little finishing sauce. I'm thinking PP quesadillas tomorrow night.

The chickens I did last week was a hit with the family & the inlaws, so I wanted to do another one for sandwiches this week. I brined it overnight, then rubbed it with a basic rub before going on the WSM. Sould made some tasty sammies.

It's not always easy getting what you need up here. I have to order wood chunks online, the only smokers i've seen in stores are Bradleys, and the butcher looked at me funny when I asked for pork butts. Ontario is a little luckier, they have Ontario BBQ store, that has pretty much everything one should need.
