Sunday smoke June 2,2013

Started the smoker this morning at 0600. Coming over citrus wood. Well update as the cook continues. Here's a couple pictures.

And the ribs ready to go on. A rack of babies and spares in my mustard rub.

And the pork pulled and ribs done. 9 hours on the shoulder and 4.5 on the ribs. Vinegar sauce is finishing on the oven.
