Ok folks I got some hot sausage thawing in the sink for hot sausage sandwiches tonight. Should I use the offset or the flattop?

Wow we are running 50/50 on this. If I’m going offset I should probably get a fire started soon.

Just took a quick trip to dollar general for rolls. Of course the steak roll spot was empty. Wife grabbed hot dog rolls as we headed to the checkout disappointed out of the corner of my eye I spied a small rack that had steak rolls on it. Saved!!!!

Ok well I’m not sure how to stop the poll. Thanks to those who participated. I should’ve started it earlier. It ended in a tie so I had to do both

After the sausage had a smoke bath I cut them up and onto the flattop.

Maybe your plate with some added chili, and maybe some cheese, with a side salad... your wife's supper and you'd have a great meal and entry into the current throw down... if you haven't entered already! But look good the way it is as well!
