Did a rack of St. Louis style ribs yesterday on my camp chef grill. simple rub of brown sugar, salt, smoked paprika , onion and garlic powder. did the 3-2-1 method, used a 6'' smoke tube for the first 3 hours to add a boost of smoke flavor and they turned out pretty good.
