Yes they are nice and meaty. First after i marinated them over night in Allegro. Patted them dry and seasoned them with my mix of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and Tajin seasoning. Stuck them in foil and put on the weber for 2 hours floating between 300-325°. Pulled out of the foil and as you can see they just came apart. Sauced them with some Blues Hog sauce and kicked up the heat to about 425. Threw a hand full of hickory chips over the coals. 2 beers later it was ready:)
