After doing many a "pork shoulder" i found out that the australian equivalent of the pork butt is actually called the pork scotch or pork collar.. off to the butcher i went!
Rubbed up with SPOG, paprika and some dark brown sugar
Smoking today at 225, just went out on the drum will update later
