Smoked my first meatloaf Sunday, turned out great, very moist and flavorfull. I did a turkey meatloaf a while ago, and it didn't turn out to great so I think i'll stick to the beef. Also did 2 racks of beef ribs, and a fresh deer roast from Saturday when I helped my dad butcher one. All turned out good.

That looks great , I love smoked meatloaf , thanks for the q-view

Few things in life better then smoked meatloaf.

I make turkey meatloafs all the time and they turn out great. You do need to keep them moist by adding ketchup, eggs or some time of liquid when you are mixing.

You can also drape the top with roasted red peppers to add moisture.

I was the lucky one who got to try some of each and it was all very good. Keep up the great job as I know you will and thanks again.

Gramason:

That darn meatloaf looks almost edible. Nice touch with the bacon and about as nice of a visual effect as you could ever ask for. I know it had to taste as good as it looks.

Nice job.
