So after reading Gary S's brisket chili post I just had to try it. I was about due for some brisket anyway so why not. I had picked up a 6.5 lb flat from Costco, since mine doesn't sell packers, and threw it on this morning. A long with some beans and leftover pulled rib tips. I had planned to roll up a breakfast fattie last night but didn't get there, soooo...... I chopped some bell pepper, onion, and celery, sautéed it butter with some Tony's and made a little meatloaf with the sausage. Flattened it out, rolled it up and stuck it on the smoker. Holy crap!! Stuffed myself stupid! Now I get to make some chili in a day or two[emoji]128515[/emoji] Hope yall have a great week!!
