Sunday baby backs on the xl egg

Guys. I have 2 racks of babys..one rubbed with Jeffs naked rub and the other meat church honey hog. The egg is running at about 230 degrees. Apple and pecan for smoke on lump.

Enjoy. I'll do the 2 2 1 with these.

2 hours in. Eggs gotten a lil warmer than 30. 260 ish now.

Wrapped them in love and back on the egg for 2 more hours.
Enjoy and I hope I'm not the only burning meat! !

I took cooked Baby Backs on my charcoal napoleon kettle.

10x better than in my MES30.
