Wow those look great VOL! I was out of the Killer Hogs a few weeks back and used the Famous Dave's. I really liked it and gave me a different flavor for a change. I have eaten at their BBQ joints several times across the country and it is always good. Nice Job. Happy New Year!!

Thanks Tony appreciate the kind words! Don't know if they hold a candle to all those good looking ribs you have been smoking lately but they were pretty good. Yeah the famous daves was pretty good too. We used to have one in town but I haven't eaten there in years. Happy New Years!

Fantastic cook there John...LIKE!

Reminds me that I have 2 racks of BB in the freezer that need to be done.

Right after the turkey roasts and boston butt :emoji_laughing:

John

Thanks John! They were nothing compared to those two beautiful chucks you posted up but not bad for a Sunday afternoon cook! Tough choices when got a freezer full of meat!

Thanks John, again for your kind words and the like on the chuckies, had the leftover bourbon smoked in an omelet with spinach and cheese with toast yesterday morning. Left out the peppers as they were looking pretty sad, did not post it as it was pretty plain as far as breakfast goes but kinda amazing that the wife and I got 3 meals out of it as we had some leftovers for dinner on new years eve.

Just prepping two 3lb turkey breast roasts for the smoker.... and of course doing each one a bit different. :emoji_wink: Will post something tomorrow.

Look forward to seeing the turkey breasts!

Wow John! Those ribs look friggin’ fantastic!!! They’re seriously picture perfect.

Sorry I missed this earlier but glad I’m seeing it now.

I’d pick the Pigs ass rub just by the pictures, but I’d sure house those Famous Daves ones too!

Thanks Joe appreciate the kind words! The famous daves was good but like you I preferred the pigs ass Memphis dry rub. I usually make my own rubs but these were pretty good for store bought!

John all those ribs look five star good to me!! Beautiful bark and glaze on them. Gotta love getting foodie gifts for Christmas too!! My family has learned that’s the ticket for me too!

Hey Jeff sorry for the late response. Thank you for the kind words! Got a 17" lodge cast iron pan and a fry cutter so I am a happy camper!
