Suggestions for an instant read thermo

Due to my not thinking, I closed the grill cover with my instant read stuck in the meat. Needless to say, it did not survive. Now I need a new one. Not to expensive.

I like the rotating screen for right or left handed use. It goes to sleep in 90 sec but has a motion sensor so it wakes instantly when touched so no need to close it all the time. It was around $20 but has gone up in the year I've had it. Lots of great features at a great price.

I have both the ThermaPen and the ThermoPop. The ThermoPop works just great and is somewhat cheaper, only $34 driect from Thermoworks. I now keep my ThermaPen at home and I use/leave the ThermoPop at the summer/hunting place in the Catkill.s
