Randomly picked up turkey tenderloins, ok thought they were pork and didn't look closely enough. Either way decided to stuff them and smoke them. Stuffed with bell pepper, red onion, garlic, and spinach topped with sharp cheddar. Having some black beans southwest style. Added pico de gallo and some spices. Turkey is on the Pit Boss right now beans shortly. Also first smoke with the new Inkbird Wi-Fi thermometer. Sounds like an excuse for a beer with the neighbor!
