An email came out a few weeks ago about stuffed turkey breasts. I have a whole turkey i plan to take the breasts off of and use for that recipe. My question is any recommendations for smoking the remaining turkey.
I have never done them separate from a whole turkey before. Do i cut them separate from the carcass? Will they smoke faster than the stuffed turnkey breast, and if so should i do them separate or can i put the stuffed breasts and the leg in at the same time?
