stuffed pork loin and brewing for father's day!

Well, had a great, relaxing day today just doin' what I like to do.  I made a stuffed pork loin and smoked it on my 18.5" WSM and then brewed up a 5 gallon batch of cherry hard cider.

the above pork loin was stuffed with swiss cheese, maple cured bacon, mushrooms, green mix of spinach, arugala, and other greens, tied up and coated with my cherry rub.  Lightly smoked at 230F until internal reached 170F.

Now for the hard Cider

All in all a GREAT father's day today both smoking and home brewing...GOTTA LOVE IT  :)

yea man looks and sounds great... I bet that hard cider would be a good injection or in some beans.
