First time doing these. There pretty basic. I added 3 cups of rice to these 8 bell peppers. Using 80-20 ground beef seasoning and waschecier sauce. Going to put cheese on about half way through. Here's my nice cherry and a piece of apple in there. I'm thinking I should have poked a drain hole in these peppers, what do ya think?

Look good. I usually cook the meat in and before mixing it with rice. Do veggies inners the same.

Peppers don’t take longer to cook meat does.

It's at about 155 here. I tried to stacked some shredded cheese on 1 and it didn't work so I cut some nice slices. I'm getting hungry thinking about it. I tossed in some chicken sausage about 15 minutes ago. Wish I'd have thrown them in earlier to eat with the peppers

They were pretty good but forgot to add tomatoe suace. I'm going to make meatloaf next time with rice and stuff them. Smoked them at about 200-225, they were good and the pepper was really juicey I'm guessing from the grease dripping. The chicken dogs cooked pretty quick becuase I put them right next to the exuast. I stick got few ears of corn in Gina let them go about 6 hours. The peppers took 3.5 hours to hit 168

Thanks man! The pepper part was really good and there was a lot of pepper ratio to meat

What a fantastic looking meal!
We love stuffed peppers, but I have never smoked them.
Now I'm asking myself, why?
Great job & congrats on making the carousel!

Those look fantastic, I guess you didn't need the drain holes.

Point for sure.

Stuffed peppers are are something that seldom gets fixed around here. I don’t know why cause they are good.
I think I might have to add this to the menu sometime.

Congratulations on making the carousel!
