haha i understand....wings dont ever stay too long after bringing them out...iv been there too trying to take pics and people hands is all i could get haha

Trying to upload a picture from today. I fried a few. They were good but better on BBQ pit.
 
Looks interesting ...BUT...Stuffed with what? How were they cooked? How long? Details provide a good lesson for us all...JJ
 
They were stuffed with some pork sausage I made using jalapeño peppers. Same recipe I use to make my smoked sausage. Seasoned well and then coated with Frank's hot wing sauce. Then I just BBQ them.
