I want to try injection the turkey this year for Thanksgiving but we always stuff the turkey. I've searched everywhere I can think of and can't see that it's a good practice?

No reason to not do it, from a safety standpoint. Just don't stuff it until you're ready to put it in the oven, like normal. Injection doesn't really doesn't change anything.

Don’t smoke a stuffed turkey unless you are doing it at a higher temperature
Sorry, I didn't even think of smoking it, ha ha. Ask a question on Smoking Meat Forum, who would think I would want to smoke it.
