That sounds good to me! Add a batch of JJ's Smokey Au Jus and you'll have a great meat!

Thanks Chilie, the rotisserie is a fun toy for sure! If your handy I'd look at building a 007,but they work nice on a kettle as well.

Not any plans for it YET.    Its a UDS that burns wood only.     Super easy to make.

C.A.D drawings are in here. The only thing I've done since is remove the hanging grate and added a grate an inch down from the top for grilling or holding a drip pan.
