I know the guy who collects tanks in the area, and he shoots them on his property. I didn't know that there was a private range where one can go shoot tanks. Crazy!

Lots of power outages too, the tether cable was dragging and got hung up in a bunch of power lines.

At first I though they were trying to see if it would work as a Trojan Horse to sneak attack the ISIS guess not!

Its all over the news with pictures went down near Williams Port Pa. stated cost to us tax payers of 3 billion counting the equipment.
