Hey all, I posted this in the thread I started to brainstorm, but I wanted to share it here too.

So our City Festival is a Strawberry Festival, so of course, for the Top Chef contest, all recipes must include Strawberries.  My creation...

Triple Strawberry Pulled Pork

I did a Straberry Marinade / Injection, Strawberry Rub, and Strawberry Glaze.  Then topped it off with a Strawberry BBQ Sauce.

The flavor was AMAZING, and I won 2nd place.  Here's a few pics.
