Having been through a few hurricanes in my day - I can only try to express how heartbreaking it is to see the devastation in Florida. My wife and I are thinking, praying (and doing what we can) for folks effected. I hope no one thinks I'm making light of the situation. We feel very fortunate we are at our place on the Carolina coast only marginally impacted by what's going-on.... lots of heavy rain and winds today and a few down branches - but no major damage.
Nothing much else to do today, but hunker-down and run the smoker... 7lb butt, my magic spice, 235-degree for what turned-out to be about 8.5 hours.
