So I love pork belly slices... I've never smoked them obviously but after seeing
Traeger.Rage.BBQ
's pork belly bites the other day I was just dying to try smoking some!
Not sure how they are supposed to be smoked. I probably should have checked first... but I was in a hurry to have some for supper :p so started them around 225°f and later bumped up temp to 250°F using oak. Seasoned lightly with salt+pepper+garlic+ginger before smoking. Glazed after they were cooked with honey+soy sauce+garlic+ginger and back on the smoker. They looked pretty good right off the smoker but what do I always say.. "dead, dead crispy" so I grilled high for 5-10 minutes. Again wasn't sure on the method might be a little unorthodox but they tasted pretty damn good to me! :D

After another hour of smoking
Decided to grill them up
Served with Basmati Rice, Coriander (cilantro) and Spring Onions, few red chilli flakes.
