Here is the step by step of what i did this weekend

I just had some of it for lunch today and did drool on my keyboard. This would not be such a problem but I also dropped some. Now for the rest of the day I will be smelling it. I can not wait until I get home and get some more.
I'll be vacuum sealing so pulled pork this evening.

Yours looks fantastic even though I have some of my own.

Just for curiosity's sake, what are you using for your Basting sauce? Are you mopping or spraying?
