I just had some of it for lunch today and did drool on my keyboard. This would not be such a problem but I also dropped some. Now for the rest of the day I will be smelling it. I can not wait until I get home and get some more.
I'll be vacuum sealing so pulled pork this evening.

Just for curiosity's sake, what are you using for your Basting sauce? Are you mopping or spraying?
Cheech,love the fridge smoker,its near and dear to my own heart although this will be the last year for mine,gonna build a small smokehouse.
Great dacdots make sure you take pictures of the smoke house as it is being built!
