Steak tips on the flat top. And now I know.

The tree got removed from my driveway. So, last night I finally got a window to use my new cart.

And I snagged another pack of those delicious steak tips. And, I found out exactly what they are after talking to the butcher. They are Flap meat. They call them tips because they don't sell as good when called that. I thought that was funny!

Gave them a good rub of sweet heat.

Then wrapped in bacon.

Got some small precooked taters going with onions and poblano peppers

Meat is on!

Taters are done. Cranked the heat up to get a decent sear going.

Money shot! Great meal. And I had a beer with this for you anti-milk folks out there!!

That is a fantastic piece of work Steve, I'd be thrilled to be sitting down to that meal, Like! Milk is for babies and baby cows, when you get old it's just artery clogger. BTW, your cart is a thing of beauty! RAY

Oh my that looks delicious! Love those potatoes and anything wrapped in bacon is just a plus!

Of course you had a beer, how else would you test drive that bottle opener on the cart?

Steve, thank God you had a beer! LOL. Looks fabulous and delicious, again. There seems to be no end to what can be done on that Blackstone. I'm checking every day for the right deal so I can get one. If anyone sees a great deal please let me know.

Thank you! Yup, broke that can opener in with style. And I'm happy to say it works great. I just need to get a small bucket to catch the caps.

Steve get yourself a splitting maul or a wedge and a sledge. Oak is great for smoking. I wouldn’t let that get away.
