Steak sandwich

Made a steak sandwich on toast with onion peppers mushrooms and homemade cayenne hot sauce. The peppers

are from my garden last year I sliced and blanched last fall then froze definitely will be doing that again, it nice to be able to just reach in and grab a handful when cooking.

That's a good looking sammie! You have the same fine china we do! Wished we could have garden fresh maters now, but at least you can still enjoy your peppers.
