[Quiganomics]

Started with some angus ribeyes seasoned with our Fortune blend.

Made baked potatoes and corn of the cob to go with it. Popped in some fronzen dinner rolls as well.

Was good, but she needs to work on her timing. It was more medium than the rare/medium rare I prefer. But she learned to make a Wisco Old Fashioned, so bonus points there.

All in all, 7/10. Told her she needs to either learn by feel or use a temp probe. She lucked out and these were still flavorful and juicy, not all steaks are that forgiving...and ruining a ribeye is a sin.

She ain't new to the game, she competes in kids competitions and has been featured a few times on tv, which is why I'm brutally honest with her. Her dream is to own either a bbq joint or steakhouse, leaning more towards the steakhouse as there's not many in this area of TX, and bbq joints are a dime a dozen.

When I told her it was a 7/10, she rolled her eyes, so I told her enjoy owning her version of a Texas Roadhouse where they can't consistently hit a desired doneness.
